We are building a community of learners and practitioners of climate action at work. Our members are professionals who are working to influence and accelerate the climate agenda of their organisations. We are about inspiring and empowering employees who are seeking to create change in their current role, or in the organisation they are currently employed in.
We offer both a free community and a paid self-paced training course, the WorkforClimate Academy.
Ideal Learner
The idea community member is a current employee who: - Is deeply concerned about climate change - Works for a company that is not ‘climate-first’ (that is, sustainability and climate are not yet a driving force behind all business decisions) - Is curious about climate action at work, or has already started taking action and is wondering how to increase their impact - May or may not be in a sustainability role – all departments and seniorities are welcome
