Disco is the AI-native learning platform built for this moment. We help training businesses, customer academies, and enterprise L&D teams create programs where people actually learn—not just complete modules. Human-first, AI-native. While legacy LMS platforms bolt on AI features, we've built it into the core.

We're Series A with a strong product-market fit. The goal: increase ARR significantly in the coming months. The market window is now. That's where you come in.

The real job

You'll own content, community, campaigns, and reporting.  You'll be the growth and marketing function—with AI as your force multiplier, working closely with a GTM engineer to drive growth. 

Your job: find the levers that move MQLs and demos, then pull them harder.

Pipeline-focused content. Educational content that gets cited in AI search. Sales enablement that helps close enterprise deals. Customer stories that convert. Every piece is tied to pipeline.

You understand the power of social influence - work with our social influencers, media partners and referral partners to let them tell our story that converts to pipeline. 

Educational content as a growth engine. Our own academy is a lead gen machine. You'll run programming, including webinars, events, and member spotlights that help and wow prospects before they talk to sales.

High-velocity experimentation. Test channels. Kill underperformers fast. Double down on winners. Email, partner co-marketing, and demand gen. Whatever moves the needle to hit our growth targets.

Attribution and insights. Lightweight reporting from first touch to closed-won. Find the insight that tells us where to invest—and what to cut.

What we're looking for

  • High-agency generalist. You've been the marketing team at a startup. You figure things out.
  • You know how to work with a lean team and freelancers and agents! 
  • Velocity over perfection. 10 experiments this month > one perfect campaign.
  • AI-native execution. Claude, Apollo, automation tools are daily collaborators. You do the work of 2-3 people.
  • Pipeline-obsessed. You track demos and revenue, not impressions.
  • Scrappy now, scalable later. Build playbooks that work as you scale  2x ARR 
  • Work really well in a purpose driven, agile, high velocity environment. 

Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years B2B SaaS marketing
  • Growth-stage experience preferred
  • Hands-on with HubSpot, Apollo, GA, Webflow, Claude. 
  • Strong analytical skills. Experience building reporting and finding insights across the growth funnel
  • Strong content chops with deep understanding of how content drives behavior / pipeline. 
  • Deep fluency with AI tools in creative and operational workflows
  • Portfolio showing experiments and results.

The team

You'll report to our Co-CEO and work with our GTM Engineer, Sales, Product, and Customer Success. High autonomy. Ability to work with freelancers (and agents). You'll have a budget, and you'll need to prove ROI fast.
