This month, we’re rolling out deeper admin control, scalable automation tools, faster workflows, and design upgrades that make every part of your learning experience feel more intentional and on-brand. Here’s what’s new as we wrap the year:
Clone Curriculum via API Across Communities
You can now clone entire curricula programmatically using the Disco API.
What’s new:
- Clone full curriculum structures—including modules, lessons, quizzes, SCORM files, and prerequisites
- Copy content across different communities
- Ideal for multi-program orgs, partners, or repeatable program launches
Generate On-Brand Visuals in Seconds
Create on-brand visuals directly in Disco. You can now auto-generate branded imagery for:
- Content covers
- Product covers
- Product banners
- Event covers
Each visual uses your brand color, light/dark theme preference, content label, and title, bringing design consistency to all your learning resources without leaving Disco.
Event Attendance Now Included in Engagement Scores
Get a more complete picture of member participation.
What’s new:
- Event attendance, for attendance to both community and product-level events, can now be weighted in engagement scoring
- Configure weights in Admin > Insights > Engagement
- Historical attendance data has been backfilled automatically
- Helps recognize and reward live participation alongside async learning
Profile Fields Now Supported via API
Manage member data more flexibly at scale.
What’s new:
- Create and update profile fields via API during user creation or updates
- Enables deeper integrations with HRIS, CRMs, and internal systems
Edit Recurring Events More Flexibly
Managing event series is now faster.
What’s new:
- Apply edits to fields like title, description, location, to all future events in a recurring series
- Choose whether changes apply to one event or all following events
- RSVP’d members are notified when updates affect multiple events
Bulk Delete Content
Managing your content library is now faster and easier with the addition of bulk deletion.
What’s new:
- Bulk delete up to 100 content items at once from the admin area
- Sort and filter content to select items to remove
- Preview where content is used (products, apps, communities) before confirming
