8-Part Series

Transformative AI Adoption: How People Learn to Change and Drive Outcomes

An 8-part series on the human side of AI transformation. Not the tools, the change. We sit down with the leaders and institutions who have actually moved people, not just deployed technology, to unpack how organizations build real AI fluency and turn it into outcomes.

Why This Series

AI access is easy. Adoption that changes how work gets done is hard.

Most companies have bought the tools. Far fewer have changed how work actually happens, or how value gets created. That gap is a learning problem before it is a technology problem.

Across eight conversations we bring in the practitioners doing this work at scale: consultancies building AI capability for their clients, operators who have trained tens of thousands of knowledge workers, and the institutions defining what capability building looks like in the age of agents.

Each session is unscripted, roughly 45 to 60 minutes, and open for live Q&A.

Disco + Agentic Learning Labs

How Agentic Learning Labs Runs a Thriving AI Upskilling Business

Most AI training ends when the workshop does. Agentic Learning Labs built their business around a different idea: pair the training with real, working tools, so the learning outlasts the engagement. We get into how their model differs from a standard training-only engagement, and how they are thinking about AI enablement at scale.

Why Most AI Rollouts Stall Before They Start

Most companies have bought the AI tools. Few have changed how work actually gets done. Greg Shove, who has personally trained over 10,000 knowledge workers on AI, makes the case that leaders need to use AI themselves before asking their teams to. We also get into what Section learned building a personalized AI coach after generic training stopped working.

What AI Maturity Actually Looks Like

Most organizations are investing in AI. Far fewer have fundamentally changed how work gets done and how value is created. We walk McKinsey’s three horizons of AI maturity, from enablement to automation to reinvention, and what it takes to move between them. Plus how leadership itself is changing as human-agent collaboration becomes ordinary.
