Agentic Learning Labs customer story

Agentic Learning Labs (ALL) is a hands-on AI education company delivering programs that help real people do their jobs better with AI.

They focus on individuals and organizations ranging from 20 to 2,000 employees. These businesses know they need to make a decision about AI but haven't found a program that works for their people.

ALL's human-centered and in-person values, combined with Disco's community-centric platform, allow for a unique learning experience — contributing to high completion rates and what ALL calls "stickiness." Stickiness, in their words, is a measure of how likely a learner is to actually apply the skills they've been taught.

The problem they're solving

85% of employers plan to invest in AI training. Most can't find a suitable program. Agentic Learning Labs exists to fill that gap, with training grounded in real workplace tasks rather than theory.

Their flagship AI Literacy program runs 20 hours over two weeks, combining in-person instructor-led teaching with online delivery. AI Literacy is about getting people from zero to one — from basic theory to real application. It's a foundation program covering guardrails, ethics, how to create personas, and building an agent as the final outcome.

After completing AI Literacy, members move into specialized programs focused on Operations, Marketing and Communications, Data Intelligence, Product Innovation, and Business Growth. Every program is built around the actual work members do and the problems they want to solve, not generic AI concepts.

The results from 385 participants surveyed in early 2026 speak clearly: 85% satisfaction, 77% of participants feel confident using AI in their daily work after completing a program, and members save more than three hours per week on average. 83% of members act as organic multipliers within their organizations, sharing prompts and ways of adopting AI with their colleagues.

"There's such a big appetite for this in the US. They know AI is going to displace workers. But how do you get those workers back into the workforce and keep them there? That's who we're serving."

How they deliver programs on Disco

Agentic Learning Labs runs three Disco academies simultaneously, each serving a different audience and use case.

Agentics Foundation is a non-profit organization with the mission to provide the essential building blocks and intuitive tools for designing, deploying, and managing autonomous agent systems. Rooted in the belief that AI must seamlessly adapt to human needs, the foundation prioritizes flexibility, accessibility, and integration. With over 1,000 members across 25 chapters around the world, they are a leading force in making AI more accessible.

Agentic Learning Labs is the commercial academy. Members start with AI Literacy as a prerequisite before moving into one of the specialized programs. ALL is built to fill the hands-on training gap that exists in the market. They run structured, instructor-led AI training programs that get teams AI-literate and ready in two weeks. Using a combination of self-paced learning, instructor-led sessions, and hands-on workshops, teams learn to use AI with purpose and intention fast.

A third sandbox environment is used by their team as a fully branded demo space to show the learner experience to enterprise prospects. This space serves as a place to demo, but also to test and learn new product features before rolling them out to their main academies.

Every program runs as a live cohort of 30 or more members. Async content on Disco provides the foundation and theory. Instructor-led online sessions and in-person sessions create what the team calls "technological adoption and stickiness."

Members go through the experience alongside their colleagues — posting in announcements, chatting in real time, and holding each other accountable to actually finishing. The ALL team identified this peer-driven model as their core advantage over self-paced platforms. Learning in a collaborative environment, with the ability to share struggles, wins, and questions, means learners don't feel alone on their journey.

This shows up directly in their completion data. With an 86% completion rate, ALL is well above others operating in a similar space. Members will either finish programs fully or not start — partial completion is rare. When community and collaboration are built into the learning experience, people follow through.

"The chats, the communities, the alumni features — those are really what people are looking for. They want to be able to continue to access those resources and continue to be a part of that community."
— Agentic Learning Labs team

ALL uses most of the community features on Disco, including member chat, alumni spaces, and events, to keep learners engaged during and after their program. Once completed, members get access to their alumni space, which has resources, videos, and job postings from ALL and their partners.

Partnerships and real-world traction

Last year, Agentic Learning Labs delivered free hands-on AI training to 400+ learners in seven months through a pilot program funded by the Ontario and Canadian governments. After that funding ended, they worked with a multi-national engineering firm on training their marketing department to create agentic workflows to streamline internal communications, and with a leading healthcare company on automating data processing and building in human review.

As ALL continues to scale, they're seeing inbound interest from two kinds of organizations: those that want to integrate AI into their work but have no idea where to start, and those where AI is already happening but fragmented — employees using different tools on personal accounts, lack of data hygiene, and no overarching framework. ALL comes in and works with organizations on how to properly implement and scale AI initiatives internally, starting with an employee-focused approach. That buy-in is crucial to the success of internal programs being adopted.

Scaling to enterprise clients

For larger institutional clients, Agentic Learning Labs sets up a dedicated, branded Disco academy specific to that organization. The client's employees go through the program in their own environment. This allows the organization to have an enclosed collaboration environment, with different teams or country teams able to form sub-communities while also being part of the broader organizational community.

"There's one British Embassy here, but there are ten locations across America. If the pilot goes well, they want to roll it out so each one has their own community. Secure, in its own little bubble."
— Agentic Learning Labs team

The same approach scales to any organization that wants a structured AI Literacy program delivered with their own branding, for their own teams, on a platform that makes the learning feel like something that belongs to them.

Why training businesses choose Disco

Most AI training organizations hit the same ceiling. Cohort logistics become a part-time job. Onboarding a new member means touching four different tools. There's no single view of where anyone stands. When an enterprise buyer asks to see the platform, there's nothing to show them that matches the caliber of the program being pitched.

Agentic Learning Labs didn't hit that ceiling. They have three academies running simultaneously, cohorts from 30 to 60 members, and enterprise demos for government clients — all on one platform without adding headcount. ALL's choice to use Disco has expanded their capacity, increased learner satisfaction, and made their operations simpler.

The platform that matches their model

Agentic Learning Labs built their entire approach around the idea that people learn better together. Disco is one of the few platforms where that's a core feature, not a workaround. Cohorts, peer chat, announcements, alumni communities, and live events are all built into how it works. When Khalid and the team describe their competitive advantage over platforms like Coursera, they're describing Disco's architecture as much as their own curriculum.

The completion pattern they see in their programs reflects this. Members either finish fully or they don't start. When 40 people are going through a program together, peer accountability drives a different kind of engagement than any self-paced course produces.
