Grow

Turn members into advocates

The best way to grow your community is to help members achieve transformation, enabling them to share their success stories and invite others.

Celebrate their achievements, help them grow into leadership roles, and empower them to co-create your learning community's future.

Journey

The member growth journey helps us understand where members are at on their journey to becoming a champion. These categories are fluid, and members may move between them based on their evolving interests, needs, and circumstances.

Recognizing and understanding these different engagement styles can help you better cater to the diverse needs of your community.

“Everybody talks about community, but few companies have really effectively built communities that have reliable, strong ties. Most have a loose association with people that have once consumed a product or service. But what I really mean is a sense of belonging. That's community.”
