Product Report Filters 

You can now filter Insights > Products reports by any community-level custom group, including both top-level groups and subgroups—giving you expanded visibility into how different segments of your community are engaging.

• Owners and Admins will see all community custom groups.
• Product Managers and Instructors will see only the groups where they are designated as Group Leads, assuming the Group Reporting feature is enabled.

This enhancement gives you sharper reporting controls and makes it easier to tailor insights by audience. Learn more about Product Reports here.

Webhooks Now Available for All Enterprise Customers

Webhooks are now in general availability for all enterprise customers. This unlocks powerful integration capabilities by allowing operators to subscribe endpoints to platform-triggered events such as user actions, purchases, completions, and more.

  • Authors now have more control over how they format content across Disco. You can apply subscript and superscript styling in the editor—perfect for curriculum, announcements, and resource-rich pages. This feature is available to all communities.‍
    
• Markdown Shortcuts in Chat
  
  • We’ve added markdown support to chat message input, so you can format messages on the fly using keyboard shortcuts, including Bold, Italic, Strikethrough, and Link‍
• Improved Quote Display in Chat
  
  • Quotes now appear with updated styling for improved clarity and readability, helping streamline discussions and follow-ups.
