New Automation: Product Member Is Inactive

Instead of tracking down disengaged members manually, you can now automate reminders based on inactivity using the new “Member is inactive” trigger under Products.

What it unlocks:

• Automatically trigger nudges after X days/weeks/months of inactivity
• Runs daily at 9:00 AM local time—so follow-ups happen without oversight
• Re-engages learners without admin or instructor intervention

Example: Set a 1-week rule, and every morning, members inactive for 7+ days receive a nudge—saving teams hours on manual outreach.

Easier Automation Management = Fewer Tedious Workflows 

1. Sort by Activity or Recency‍

Quickly find high-impact workflows by sorting the automations table by:

• Last Triggered (new default)
• Last Modified
• Date Created

This removes guesswork and lets operators stay focused on what’s running—and what’s not.

2. Filter by Status

Instantly narrow down automations by Draft, Active, or Inactive—especially useful in large communities managing dozens of workflows.

3. Deactivate with Confidence‍

You can now deactivate any published (Active) automation without deleting it. Inactive automations won’t run but remain editable—so you can pause, iterate, and reactivate later.

The benefit? Reduced need to recreate workflows from scratch, and saving you time spent on debugging or auditing.

Mobile Member Onboarding Is Live

Disco’s onboarding experience is now fully mobile-optimized:

• For mandatory onboarding: Members must complete onboarding before accessing your community
• For optional onboarding: Flow appears in-app, with a banner shown until all steps are completed
• Custom redirection: Direct members to your CTA or main menu after completion

This helps members onboard from anywhere — quickly, clearly, and seamlessly.

Product Improvements

Sidebar Label Customization Expanded

You can now rename all sidebar labels (except "Admin") by heading to: Admin > Appearance > Sidebar

Cover Photo Toggle for Dashboard

The Details block on your dashboard now includes a cover photo toggle — giving you more control over the look and feel of your space.
